To promote Lena Waithe’s new series Twenties, BET brought the show’s tagline — “Your Twenties Are a Work of Art” — to life with an immersive activation during Art Basel 2019 in Miami. Blending culture, creativity, and conversation, the experience featured an exclusive screening of the pilot episode, followed by a Q&A with the cast.

To spotlight emerging talent, we curated a gallery showcasing original works by up-and-coming artists. Guests were also invited to participate in live face painting by renowned visual artist Laolu, transforming the event into a true celebration of self-expression and artistry — all in the spirit of the show’s theme.
